In the course of performing this duty, I occasionally (ok, often) stumble upon items that are just plain … well, weird. They might be funny, or sometimes sad. But they're definitely weird. Regardless, I find them interesting, and hope you do too.

re: RoboCow

I have a friend who used to drive us through her pastures to look at her horses (she had a 140 acre farm that the horses basically had free run of) and we could never stop for long because the horses would scratch the paint and rip the trim off the car. It was like being at Lion Country safari.

I opened the trunk of the car and tied my horse to a safe metal ring inside the trunk. While I was cleaning out his back feet, I heard strange noises and started to smell oranges. Frisco had discovered my lunch and devoured two oranges whole. He was started on my peanut butter sandwich before I could intervene. Imagine all the sticky orange juice in my trunk! After that I brought him peeled oranges for the occasional treat!
